We state (page 287) that 201 patients per treatment group would be required to detect a 5% difference in overall work impairment and 1,256 patients would be required to detect a 2% difference. The numbers should be 190 patients and 1,180 patients, respectively. For overall classroom impairment, the sample size per treatment group should be 290 patients, not 192 patients.
